Hello and welcome to the Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge blog. We are pleased to bring you inspiration and enthusiasm for Waltzingmouse Stamps each Saturday. We hope that you will find our samples so inspiring that you will play along with us.
Before we begin the challenge for this week, we are happy to announce the Top Mouse awards from last week’s Sketch Challenge. I hope you had a much fun as we did seeing everyone’s favorite sketches from the past year.

Are you ready to get started on your own creation? Break out your card stock and stamps and create a card, tag, scrapbook layout or any paper project - just remember to include the basic sketch in your design and we ask that you use at lease one WMS image on your submission. We reserve the right to remove entries that do not comply with the guidelines as it is not fair to the players who do. Including WMS images on your project adds to the creative inspiration we gain each week from your wonderful creations.
Remember to post your projects using Inlinkz no later than 12:00 noon Central time on Friday, July 1, 2011. We will announce the winner of the stamp set and the new Top Mouse Award winners when the new sketch challenge is posted on Saturday, July 2nd. Please use a direct link to your project and feel free to enter as many times as you like!
You don’t have to have a blog to play along with the sketch challenge. If you upload your project to any on-line galleries or forums, please use the keyword of WMSC53.

July Release Previews begin next Tuesday, June 28th with 3 fun days leading up to the July 1st release. The Design Team is busy preparing samples to share with you. Claire is releasing 8 new sets!
Are you a BIG CHEESE? To encourage use of the WMS gallery, we have developed and recently rolled out an incentive program that we think you’ll love.
We have dedicated a special thread in the Waltzingmouse Forum (under ‘The Gallery’ topic) where we would like you to let us know when you have uploaded a project to the WMS Gallery, including a link to your project. In exchange for your participation, we will ooh and ahh over your uploads and each week one person will be selected to be featured on the WMS Blog – we’ll call it the BIG CHEESE!
The person selected will receive a promotional code eligible for $10 off a purchase from the WMS Store and their project will be posted to a special Big Cheese album in the WMS Gallery. We hope that this program will encourage you to share your creations in the WMS Gallery so we can keep it as a fresh and growing place of inspiration!
A new thread in the forum will be posted each Monday and a new Big Cheese will be chosen every Wednesday. We chose our first Big Cheese on Wednesday, June 22. This week’s thread has been posted, and we can’t wait to see all the projects that you upload! We hope that you will participate in this incentive program and share your inspiration and love of WMS with others on the forum.
One last thing – If you don’t already have our Sketch Challenge Blinkie posted on your blog, we would be honored if you would grab the blinkie HTML code that may be found on the sidebar and find a place for it in one of your sidebars. Displaying it on your blog helps us spread the Waltzingmouse Challenge word.
