Challenge #73–November 12, 2011

Welcome to the weekend and happy Saturday!  We are pleased  you have joined us for the Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge. We work hard each week to bring you inspiration and enthusiasm for Waltzingmouse Stamps, and we hope that you will find our samples so inspiring that you will play along with us. Even if you have never participated before, we hope that you will want to play along.

Ok, let's begin by announcing the Top Mouse awards from last week's sketch challenge.

This week’s Top Mouse awards go to:

Pauline

Ajgacia

Sharron

Congratulations to our Top Mouse winners.  Your creative design and amazing elements has captured our attention. If you don't already have a Top Mouse Award blinkie, please send me an e-mail at lynn.mercurio@gmail.com and I will provide you with the HTML code. We hope you will display it proudly.  Thank you for your participation and support of the challenge.

And the lucky winner from all the participants to receive a complimentary Waltzingmouse Stamps set of choice. This week the winner is:

#3 Carla

Congratulations Carla! Thanks for playing along in this week’s challenge.  Please send  Claire  an e-mail at Claire.brennan1@ntlworld.com. Provide her with your contact information and set choice, and she will get your selected set on its way to you.

If you are ready, we have another fun sketch to share with you this week.  Feel free to turn or flip the sketch, add the element onto a card, use the sketch AS a card base, use it in a scrapbook layout or design a 3-D project.  Just use the basic principals of this sketch in your design.  Let your mojo be your guide.

Don’t the Mischief Makers do an outstanding job – week after week – their creativity just shines.

Are you ready to get started on your own creation?  Gather your card stock, stamps and ink and create a card, tag, scrapbook layout or any paper project - just remember to include the basic sketch in your design.  We ask that you use at lease one WMS image on your submission. We reserve the right to remove entries that do not comply with the guidelines as it is not fair to the players who do. Including WMS images on your project adds to the creative inspiration we gain each week from your wonderful creations.

Remember to post your projects using Inlinkz no later than 12:00 noon Central time on Friday, November 18, 2011. We will announce the winner of the stamp set and the new Top Mouse Award winners when the new sketch challenge is posted on Saturday, November 19th. Please use a direct link to your project and feel free to enter as many times as you like!

You don’t have to have a blog to play along with the sketch challenge. If you upload your project to any on-line galleries or forums, please use the keyword of WMSC73. Better yet, why not upload it to your album in the Waltzingmouse Stamps Gallery?

How does a $10 gift certificate on your next Waltzingmouse Stamps order sound? Pretty good, huh?  Well, each week, a $10 credit is given away to a lucky winner (we call them our BIG CHEESE) and all they had to do to earn this credit was to upload their Waltzingmouse Stamps projects into the WMS Gallery.  Are you a BIG CHEESE? We have dedicated a special thread in the Waltzingmouse Forum (under ‘The Gallery’ topic) where you can let us know when you have uploaded a project to the WMS Gallery. One lucky BIG CHEESE selected from those gallery uploads will receive a promotional code giving them $10 off their next purchase from Waltzingmouse Stamps.  In addition they will have their BIG CHEESE project posted in a special BIG CHEESE album in the WMS gallery for all to see and adore.  This information as been at the bottom of each week's challenge for several months now, but I thought I would move it to the top to perhaps get a little more exposure. Since you are creating wonderful WMS projects anyway, why not increase your chance of winning an extra special treat.

Sketch Archives:  You can now find all of the past Waltzingmouse Stamp sketches all in one place for those times when you want to jump-start your creativity anytime you are stumped. Take a peek right HERE.  It’s a wonderful place to start in you need a little inspiration.

Thanks for stopping by, and for playing along with our sketch challenge. We hope that you will tell your friends about our challenge.  The more the merrier, right?  Enjoy your day, and have a wonderfully creative week.
