Hello, greetings, and salutations. Welcome to the Waltzingmouse Stamps Sketch Challenge blog, brining you inspiration and enthusiasm for Waltzingmouse Stamps each week. We hope that you will find our samples so inspiring that you will play along with us.
Now, on with the challenge for this week, we are thrilled to announce the Top Mouse awards from last week’s Sketch Challenge.

Are you ready to get started on your own creation? Lay your hands on that card stock, stamps and ink and create a card, tag, scrapbook layout or any paper project - just remember to include the basic sketch in your design. We ask that you use at lease one WMS image on your submission. We reserve the right to remove entries that do not comply with the guidelines as it is not fair to the players who do. Including WMS images on your project adds to the creative inspiration we gain each week from your wonderful creations.
Remember to post your projects using Inlinkz no later than 12:00 noon Central time on Friday, August 19, 2011. We will announce the winner of the stamp set and the new Top Mouse Award winners when the new sketch challenge is posted on Saturday, August 20. Please use a direct link to your project and feel free to enter as many times as you like!
You don’t have to have a blog to play along with the sketch challenge. If you upload your project to any on-line galleries or forums, please use the keyword of WMSC60. Better yet, why not upload it to your album in the Waltzingmouse Stamps Gallery?

Blog Waltz ALERT: We hope that you will join in the fun for our Friends of Waltzingmouse Stamps Blog Waltz. This fun Blog Waltz happens this coming Wednesday-August 17. Our theme this month is Tea and Coffee and we are all anxious to see the wonderful inspiration from the players. Click on the link above to take you to the forum thread to get all the details. Prizes are up for grabs and it’s sure to be lots of fun, we hope to see you there.

Are you a BIG CHEESE? We have dedicated a special thread in the Waltzingmouse Forum (under ‘The Gallery’ topic) where you can let us know when you have uploaded a project to the WMS Gallery.
The person selected as the BIG CHEESE will receive a promotional code eligible for $10 off a purchase from the WMS Store and their project will be posted to a special Big Cheese albumin the WMS Gallery. (Another great reason to post your projects in the WMS gallery.)
A new thread in the forum will be posted each Monday and a new Big Cheese will be chosen every Wednesday.
One last thing – If you don’t already have our Sketch Challenge Blinkie posted on your blog, we would be honored if you would grab the blinkie HTML code that may be found on the sidebar and find a place for it in one of your sidebars. Displaying it on your blog helps us spread the Waltzingmouse Challenge word.

renee L's work - definitely fabulous! all the creations are great but what I noticed when posted with other paper crafter designs, only one would stand out and usually that design is made with unique details, or has been pasted with simple embellishments or dabbed with bold colors.
